Fabulous stoneware platter by Birger Kaipiainen, beautifully composed with a delicate silver-inlaid pavilion sheltering a golden harp, flanked by two stylized guitar playing angels that is surrounded by lavender clouds against a deep, star-speckled black background, the lower green part is adorned with modelled beads in relief resembling plants. Like a fairytale, very mysterious and whimsical, typical of Birger Kaipianen’s artistry.
