Lovely teak bowl by Johnny Mattsson, made in a birdlike shape with the tall end straining upwards in a long point. Masterfully made with seamless joinery.
Johnny Matsson developed the design inspired by a traditional ölgås (“beer goose”), a scoop for serving beer. His first “beer geese” were more moderate in form but as he continued making them throughout the years, they became bolder and bolder.
